Common Ave is a group of three MCs/Producers born and raised in Cleveland. Outside of music we just do like regular young stoner stuff like play Galaga and Playstation 2 games lol but most of time really goes into the music and just overall trying to find ways to be different creatively.
Our influences as a group are mainly a lot of golden age hip artists but we like a lot of the newer indie stuff like Dom Kennedy,Curren$y, Action Bronson, TDE etc... One of biggest influences and inspirations would definitely be Fly.U though, us being a trio from Ohio watching them grow and grind while never compromising their quality is what makes us strive to be the next great group from here.
At the end of the day our goal is really to like put on for like the kids that just wanna have fun and just wanna enjoy quality music and like be themselves and stuff thats really what CMMNAVE is about.
