ImFromCleveland has been following Billard for a while now, and he is one artist who has been making a lot of moves as of late. Billard is making a name for himself not only as an artist, but as one of the best self-producers as well. On Saturday night, Billard hit the radio waves for the first time on Z107.9 with his remix to “Cut Her Off.” Steph Floss couldn’t have said it better when he spun the track, “This is #TheCosign!” Cleveland, this platform is being reconstructed and implemented to insure Ohio and the Midwest are a musical destination!

Billard releases an ImFromCleveland & LeakJones Exclusive for his latest video “God Bless America,” which was shot by another Cleveland great, Brett Vance. The way this video portrays Billard is very suiting, with a dark atmosphere creating an image that Billard is truly a blessed individual and destined for greatness. If you know Billard, then you know he puts in work. Keep your eyes on him, because this kid is going to be something special!
