Never hearing of her before Talk Chickens proves herself on her song "Stay True." With the very few female rappers in Cleveland Talk Chickens has a killer flow with some clever word play here and there. What I really liked about this track is towards the end when Chickens mentions her mother saying her mom doesn't know what she goes through on a daily basis, but that her mom knows shes chasing after something shes passionate about. I feel these adds the touch of "realness" to the song. A song can be a banger and still have meaningful lyrics.
