Ohio Hip Hop Awards 2015 ballot. It's super easy to do.
Head over to their site and click "Nominate" on the tab. (Or, you can simply click here).. Make sure to fill in the the top, which are your name, email address, phone number, and your title. The "
Best Media Outlet" option is
at the very bottom. You
ONLY HAVE TO FILL IN ONE CATEGORY, but we encourage you to fill in as many as you have an honest opinion on.
