Picadilly Circus is Jawan's long awaited project. Within 11 tracks Jawan shows us his versatility while also spreading a message about his growth coming from the west side of Cleveland, Ohio and navigating an unfamiliar life style on Ohio State's campus. Just months after coming back home from a study abroad trip to London and Paris Jawan felt himself challenging views he once held due to the Paris attacks that had taken place months before his arrival. While battling his own conscious Jawan takes us down a path where he begins challenging old friends from back home to overcome detrimental habits that have led to a repetitive cycle of trauma and failure. Overall Jawan is telling us a story about his growth as an individual who is trying to depict a larger image for not just himself but for those who may be less fortunate or going through a time of growth and reflection.
