We provided a beat for the rappers in the city to rap on, and then after choosing our top 10, we opened voting for the fans. Mitto was the winner, pulling in over 2,000 votes (which was close to 50% of all votes). According to the polls, his only other competition was Stalin, who had over 40% of total votes.
