Cleveland rapper Slim Slater just released his 100BandXan produced project titled Oceans 12-4, and it's quite impressive. Slater's slurred flow and confident lyrics seem to compliment Xan's darker, nightclub sounding beats. Looking at the 216 spitter's social media, there appears to be some hype behind this project.
