Cleveland artist Noetic is gearing up to release his first full-length project titled "Split Decision." He's really taken his time to put together a nice project, with features that will include J.I.D., Elhae, Jean Deaux, Spazzy D, Schama Noel, and more. The official release comes just a week from today on December 15th.
To hold us off, Noetic has officially put out this song called "Clearing My Mind" featuring fellow Cleveland rapper Ezri. I can't imagine a better person to recruit for the track. His contributions over the TEK.LUN produced song will not go unnoticed by fans.
