After releasing a brand new video/ song "Take It" in the middle of November, NicX drops off another new song "Flight 319" which is a single from his upcoming project "Tryna Get Home" releasing December 9th. "Flight 319" features an atmospheric type beat with NicX really digging deep into his life and to where he is now with lines like "I struggled in school then dropped out of school and now I'm a rapper. I think I'm different, but I'm the more different than who the next nigga who after" and "I was was 17 looking for deals with my nigga Wells thinking I was ready. Now I'm 21 and fucking more than ready..."
This song really seems to show the direction NicX is going in with his music and also I can personally hear a lot of his influences throughout this track which is great to see how he incorporates it, but still creates a difference between them..! Pre-Order "Tryna Get Home" here. Listen below.
