Twitter: @ThatFredKid If you're looking for great artwork, you may not have to look any further than Fred Lozano. This 23 year old from Cleveland, Ohio never took an art class in high school, and he also never attended college. He trained himself how to animate at the age of 15, and has been rolling ever since then with graphic design. After working with local talent Tevon Rease and Cali legend Blu, everything started to kick off. His work has been recognized and shared by the likes of The Weeknd, Kavinsky, ASAP Mob, Lupe Fiasco, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Chief Keef, Danny Brown, and more. His clientele list continues even further: ANTHM, KR, Audio Push, Hit-Boy, HS87, Luol Deng, A$AP Ant, Riff Raff, Souljaboy, Olu, King Chip, Isaiah Rashad, VH1, Anonymuz, DJ EV, XV, Battushig Batbold (son of former Prime Minister of Mongolia), and many more. He is also in the process of working with some big names that he currently has non-disclosure agreements signed with until the projects are released. Fred is apart of the graphic design team behind DJBooth.net (Freestyle Series artwork), Fashionably-Early.com + EveryDejaVu.com. His work has been featured on Complex, ESPN, and VH1. I've had featured articles from The Plain Dealer and numerous websites. He is now currently beginning to expand his creative direction into music videos & short films to build a film portfolio to help back funding on his feature length film. He is also handling many other tasks, such as managing local artist Tevon Rease, and preparing an art show / concert to take place in Cleveland to celebrate his second year since I starting "Art By Fred" in March 2015. Below are some words directly from Fred himself:
I view the "Art By Fred" work + mixtape/album artwork as my "mixtape" and the indie film that I want to film in Cleveland as an "EP" leading to the eventual "album" (being the first studio film). Eventually, when the funds are available and my name has the weight it would need for such a dream, I want to evolve my Dreamkillers Collective group into a program that offers young creatives an opportunity + the resources to create the art they want (in a way that hasn't been done yet).
